Mr. Midolo is the current owner and partner in Marine Contracting Group Incorporated. He is the company's primary qualifier and is a State of Florida Certified Marine Contractor SCC131151730. He graduated from the University of Arizona with a BSBA in 1980. Prior to the purchase of MCG, along with his brother and partner, Mr. Midolo worked in both the construction and electronic manufacturing fields. As a manufacturing professional Mr. Midolo was involved in sales management, business development, Plant Management & Facilities Acquisition. The apex of his manufacturing career culminated in his appointment as VP President for a Fortune200 company acting as Plant Manager and participating in executive acquisitions team buying facilities globally. Mr. Midolo also spent several years in his early career as both a Construction Project Manager and Sales Professional in heavy civil and commercial construction projects.

Mr. Midolo is the current owner and partner in Marine Contracting Group Incorporated. He graduated from Wright State University with his BA in Geology and Environmental Studies. Mr. Midolo offers over twenty years of diverse experience in the environmental consulting and environmental contracting fields having managed and conducted a wide range of environmental project including: Phase 1 and 2 Site Assessments, soil and groundwater investigations, the designed and implemented soil and groundwater treatment systems and treatment technologies. He spent more than six years as an environmental contractor gaining expertise in construction technologies and construction management. Working for industry, he was responsible for the environmental and regulatory compliance of eight manufacturing facilities. His experience working for the Ohio EPA also gave him a strong regulatory background. Mr. Midolo is a Certified Professional Geologist and has worked on projects in over fifteen states.
