Marine Contracting Group Wins 2008 Contractor of the Year Marine Contracting Group, Inc. (MCG) has been awarded the 2008 Contractor of the Year for Buildings and Grounds by the American Public Works Association (APWA) Florida Chapter. MCG, owned by brothers Bruce and Brian Midolo, were presented the award at the annual APWA awards banquet on May 1, 2008 in Jacksonville, Florida.
